Junior Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations from the earliest stages through to completion. The goal is to match client needs and produce sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting
• Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, and presentations using AutoCAD.
• Prepare and manage all project documentation, including working drawings, structural drawings, and sales materials.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections.
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• Project Management & Execution
• Manage projects from design through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Design residential and commercial buildings in compliance with municipal regulations, signing off on plans as necessary.
• Oversee the process of design approvals, incorporating feedback from site execution teams and design consultants.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
• Compile project specifications within the budget and timeline.
• Site Supervision & Coordination
• Conduct site visits and supervise project progress as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, site engineers, in-house engineers, and external consultants.
• Make on-site visits to check project status and report on project progress.
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
• Technical Architecture & Infrastructure
• Understand company needs to define system specifications.
• Plan and design the structure of a technology solution.
• Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and advanced tools such as 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and BIM.
• Knowledge of design standards, industry regulations, MEP, and structural design coordination.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• B.Arch in Architecture.
