Key Responsibilities

• Support top-tier clients by increasing brand exposure and customer engagement within a retail environment
• Build strong face-to-face relationships with customers through confident communication and rapport-building
• Represent well-known client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Educate customers on current promotions, services, and product offerings
• Deliver a positive customer experience through high-quality service and problem-solving
• Work collaboratively with a team

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (experience with public speaking is a plus)
• A positive, self-motivated attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and working toward performance-based goals
• Has a reliable form of transportation
