About the Role
AORBO INFOCOM operates Aorbo Treks, an online trek and trip booking platform in India. The platform is accessible via the Aorbo Treks mobile app and aorbotreks.com. This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations for the Aorbo Treks platform.
- Assist with data entry and content updates for treks and trips.
- Verify organizer information.
- Help maintain accurate pricing, dates, and slot availability.
- Coordinate with trek organizers and internal teams.
- Respond to basic user queries.
- Contribute to process documentation.
- Assist with basic analytics or reporting tasks.
- Participate in team meetings to support ongoing platform improvements.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle operational tasks such as data entry, content updates, and basic documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort with using web and mobile applications, spreadsheets, and common productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal team members and trek organizers, and for responding to user queries.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Interest in trekking, travel, or outdoor activities.
- Willingness to learn about the trekking ecosystem in India.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any discipline; fields such as business, tourism, or technology are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, follow guidance from supervisors, and take initiative.
