Junior Technology Analyst

About the Role

The Junior Technology Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the smooth operation of PInterview’s online platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring system performance.
• Assisting with technical support requests from users.
• Identifying and resolving basic technical issues and platform errors.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to document issues.
• Suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring a reliable and user-friendly interview experience.
• Helping test new features.
• Maintaining accurate technical documentation.
• Contributing to process enhancements that improve platform stability and usability.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with internal teams and platform users.
• Foundational knowledge of information technology concepts, web-based platforms, and common tools.
• Experience or aptitude in technical support and troubleshooting for software or online services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of QA or testing practices is beneficial.
• Relevant coursework or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
