About the Role

Tata AIA Life Insurance agency is seeking Insurance Advisors and Team Leaders for a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Advisors

• Identify customer needs.
• Recommend suitable life insurance and financial products.
• Provide ongoing policy servicing.
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

Team Leaders

• Guide and mentor advisors.
• Monitor performance.
• Support target achievement.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance standards.

Day-to-day Activities

• Virtual client meetings.
• Needs analysis.
• Proposal preparation.
• Documentation follow-up.
• Coordinating with internal teams for approvals and service support.
• Using digital tools for lead management, reporting, and continuous learning.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with remote work.
• Comfort with digital tools.
• Comfort with CRM or lead management systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and interest in Insurance and basic Finance concepts.
• Experience or aptitude in Consulting.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident virtual presentation abilities.
• Previous experience in life insurance, banking, financial services, or sales is highly beneficial.
• Strong goal orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ethical, compliant practices.
• Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
