Key Responsibilities

• Invoice validation in VIM.
• Freight invoice booking in non-SAP system.
• Handling invoice exceptions for PO and Non-PO in VIM (major responsibility).
• Handling urgent invoice processing requests from units.
• Communication with vendors through email & Call to handle discrepancies.
• Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• SAP experience in invoice processing through MIRO/FB60/VIM.
• Performing analysis of vendor accounts in FBL1N.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Commerce.
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Strong process knowledge with a focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
