Key Responsibilities

• Manage job postings.
• Conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure staffing meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
• Regular communication with candidates and external partners.
• Ensure a professional, inclusive, and service-oriented recruitment process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Skills in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring for care-focused roles.
• Hiring and Communication skills to conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic HR practices and compliance.
• Prior experience in healthcare or travel sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
