HR Internship Opportunity
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: Unpaid

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain candidate database and track application status
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes
- Draft and update HR documents and policies
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Help with attendance & performance tracking
- Support HR audits and compliance tasks
Qualifications
- Passionate about learning and committed for the full duration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus
