About the Role
We are looking for confident, articulate freshers who want to build a career in recruitment and who use AI tools as part of their daily work. You will handle the full hiring cycle for technical and non-technical roles across several industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Use AI tools to write job descriptions, build Boolean search strings, screen resumes and draft candidate outreach.
- Speak with candidates every day to present roles, check suitability and coordinate interviews.
- Keep candidate pipelines accurate and submit a daily activity report.
- Follow up with candidates through to offer and joining.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate or final-year student available full-time.
- Tech-related education such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT or Computer Science.
- A certification in Artificial Intelligence from a recognised program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Confident on calls and comfortable talking to professionals.
- Uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini every day.
- Own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- Available to join immediately.
