Position: Production Trainee
Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra
Company: TOPBAND INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
About the Role
Selected candidates will work in various electronics manufacturing departments.
Key Responsibilities
- PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Assembly
- Soldering of electronic components
- Electronic component fitting and assembly
- Production line operations
- Product inspection and quality checking
- Wiring and testing activities
- Packing and labelling of finished products
- Following production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to perform precision assembly work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Any Diploma
- Any Degree
- 10th / 12th Pass
- ITI All Trades
Previous manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates with relevant manufacturing, electronics assembly, PCB assembly and soldering experience will be preferred.
