About the Role
Desai & Associates Law Firm is seeking highly motivated Legal Interns to work closely with experienced legal practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys with drafting petitions, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on matters pertaining to civil and corporate laws.
- Help prepare case files and manage documentation.
- Observe and participate in client meetings and court proceedings (as applicable).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Sincerity & Dedication: A strong work ethic, high professional integrity, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Exceptional Drafting Skills: Ability to assist in drafting legal documents, briefs, notices, and pleadings.
- Legal Foundation: A solid basic understanding of both Corporate Law and Civil Law procedures.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in legal research, documentation, and case preparation.
Qualifications
- Freshers from a reputed law school.
