About the Role
This is a Trainee position at a Electronics Manufacturing Industry company located in Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in various electronics manufacturing departments.
- PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Assembly.
- Soldering of electronic components.
- Electronic component fitting and assembly.
- Production line operations.
- Product inspection and quality checking.
- Wiring and testing activities.
- Packing and labelling of finished products.
- Following production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to perform precision assembly work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Any Diploma
- Any Degree
- 10th / 12th Pass
- ITI (All Trades)
Preferred Experience
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing, electronics assembly, PCB assembly and soldering experience will be preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
