About the Role
KVC Consultants Ltd. is hiring for top ITES MNCs in Bangalore and Pune for International Voice / Semi Voice / Chat Support profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via voice, semi-voice, or chat.
- Handle international customer inquiries.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Voice / Semi Voice process experience (preferred)
- Chat Support experience (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience required.
- International process experience preferred.
Location Details
- Bangalore: Manyata Tech Park, Whitefield, Divyashree Tower, Electronic City
- Pune: Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Yerwada, Hinjewadi
Salary Package
- Experienced Candidates (1+ Year): Up to 6.50 LPA
- Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
- Pune Location: 3.5 LPA - 6.76 LPA (Based on experience, communication & interview performance)
