We are seeking someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating engaging content, and is eager to explore creative storytelling, content strategy, and digital marketing.

Role Overview

As a Content & Social Media Intern at Rabah Papyrus, you will assist in planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms. You will work closely with the team to develop creative ideas, maintain a consistent brand identity, and improve audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Planning
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Assist in developing content calendars and planning weekly or monthly posts.
• Write captions, headlines, hooks, and creative copy aligned with the brand’s tone and voice.
• Research trending topics, content formats, hashtags, and industry-related ideas.
• Social Media Management
• Assist in managing and maintaining the brand’s social media accounts.
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, responding when appropriate.
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and posting frequency across platforms.
• Creative Development
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging visuals, reels, carousels, and other digital assets.
• Assist with basic video editing, graphic design, and content formatting using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Identify relevant trends, memes, audio, and creative concepts to improve audience engagement.
• Research & Trend Analysis
• Conduct competitor research and analyze successful content strategies.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Suggest innovative content ideas to improve brand awareness and reach.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, shares, saves, and follower growth.
• Assist in preparing weekly or monthly social media performance reports.
• Identify high-performing content and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.
• Campaigns & Marketing Support
• Support the execution of social media campaigns, product promotions, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, assets, and approvals for content.
• Assist in influencer collaborations, user-generated content initiatives, and other digital marketing activities when required.
• Content Quality & Brand Consistency
• Proofread content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and accuracy.
• Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and approved messaging.
• Incorporate feedback from supervisors and make revisions within agreed timelines.
