About the Role
- Support various project needs as a Junior Business Analyst / Business Analyst.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for projects.
- Prepare essential project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect tracking processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-3 years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
