Associate, Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Business Systems Analyst (ABSA) to join a team focused on creating customer data platforms using Epsilon’s market-leading products and solutions. This hybrid role requires 2 days/week in office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support software development lifecycle phases including requirement gathering, documentation, design support, and testing.
• Learn and work with various technologies such as campaign management tools, business intelligence tools, data warehousing, and Epsilon’s products and solutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and Epsilon delivery teams, relaying messages and bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality and seamless integration.
• Work cross-functionally with groups including Client Engagement leads, Business Architects, Project Managers, and external Client teams.

• Working proficiency of Microsoft Excel.
• The skill to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• The ability to be detail oriented and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to work in a diverse global team.
• 0-1 years of professional work experience.
• Experience working with data and/or SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field is preferred.
