Biomedical Engineer

About the Role

Manarti Exports is seeking a full-time, on-site Biomedical Engineer based in West Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and calibrate medical equipment and devices, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for repairs and upgrades.
• Support documentation and compliance with international standards.
• Assist in technical evaluations for tenders and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align equipment specifications with customer requirements.
• Contribute technical expertise to product development initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to users on proper equipment operation and care.
• Responsibilities may include tenders, coordination, QC, and vendor development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering skills.
• Practical experience in medical technology and hospital equipment environments.
• Hands-on experience with Medical Equipment, including installation, commissioning, calibration, and performance verification.
• Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare standards and regulations, including ISO and CE requirements.
• Proficiency with technical documentation.
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with international tenders or projects is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience in a hospital, clinical, or medical device industry setting is beneficial.
• Candidates willing to work in an office environment and take responsibilities for tenders, coordination, QC, and vendor development are welcome.
