About the Role

Brik Oven Private Limited is seeking dedicated and responsible Housekeeping / Cleaning Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-organised environment across the restaurant.

Job Summary

The Housekeeping / Cleaning Staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen spaces, washrooms, and other operational areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain dining areas, floors, tables, kitchen spaces, and washrooms.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain waste segregation practices.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Refill cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping materials.
• Clean spills promptly and ensure all areas remain safe and presentable.
• Assist the team in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Follow the cleaning schedules and instructions provided by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in shifts.
• Ability to work well with the restaurant team.
