Role Description

This is a full-time remote Web Development Intern role. The intern will support the design, development, and maintenance of the company website and web applications, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with front-end interfaces.
• Contributing to back-end functionality.
• Fixing bugs.
• Optimizing site performance.
• Collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to implement content updates.
• Improving user journeys.
• Supporting integration of digital tools.
• Testing features across browsers and devices.
• Documenting changes.
• Learning best practices in secure, scalable web development.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Skills in Web Development, with exposure to both Front-End Development and Web Design.
• Skills in Back-End Web Development, including basic understanding of server-side logic and database interaction.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is an advantage.
• Experience or coursework in responsive design, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging tools is beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
