Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and explain company services to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable business, legal, and compliance solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and close deals within defined timelines.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand compliance-related services (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales or consulting services.
• Knowledge of company registration, GST, licensing, or compliance services.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and cold calling.
