Associate Dentist

About the Role

Smile Couture Dental Clinic is seeking an Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivering preventive and restorative procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental treatments including cleanups, fillings, and cosmetic procedures.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and other team members to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or (MDS) degree.
• Valid dental license/registration to practice.
• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including diagnostics and restorative treatments.
• Strong commitment to clinical quality, infection control, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Comfort with dental practice management software and digital tools for charting, scheduling, and clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
• Interest in cosmetic or advanced dental procedures is an advantage.
• Willingness to engage in continuing education and learn new techniques.
