Graphic Designer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi at Vackadoo Private Ltd., a multimedia company focused on client-centric solutions and innovative design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media assets, presentations, and website graphics.
• Develop logos, brand identities, and design systems.
• Select and refine typography.
• Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams to interpret briefs and iterate on design ideas.
• Deliver polished, production-ready assets within deadlines.
• Prepare files for final output.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in design quality and processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to respond constructively to feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding.
• Solid understanding of Typography.
• Relevant experience in agency or in-house design roles, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
