About the Role
The Magalu salesperson is responsible for delighting our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in choosing the best products by demonstrating their functionality and features.
- Achieve challenging sales and financial services targets.
- Ensure the tidiness and organization of departments and the cleanliness of products and displays.
- Manage the entire sales process using our internal systems.
- Conduct sales using our 10-star customer service methodology.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Complete High School Education.
- Availability to work weekends (6x1 schedule).
- Availability of hours.
Qualifications
- Over 18 years of age.
- Deep knowledge of the market and the products sold.
