About the Role

The Finance Intern will support the team with financial analysis, preparation and review of financial statements, and basic accounting activities in an on-site role located in Gurugram. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on exposure to boutique financial advisory work and practical learning in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data gathering, financial modeling, and preparation of reports for project financing, investment planning, and business performance reviews.
• Help in maintaining accurate records.
• Support compliance-related documentation.
• Contribute to research on financing options and industry trends.
• Collaborate with senior team members.
• Participate in client-related documentation or presentations.
• Ensure clear internal communication.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational understanding of Finance and ability to interpret Financial Statements.
• Solid Accounting knowledge and comfort with basic bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for handling data, performing comparisons, and drawing insights.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and client-facing work.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard office tools.
• Familiarity with financial modeling is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in corporate finance, project financing, and advisory services.
• Prior internship experience in finance is a plus.
