About the Role
This role is for a Supervisor in Electrical Maintenance at Larsen & Toubro.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing preventive maintenance and break-down maintenance activities related to electrical systems.
- Maintaining Heat Treatment Furnace (SCADA).
- Maintaining Shot Blasting Machine.
- Maintaining CNC Machine.
- Maintaining EOT Crane.
- Maintaining Protective relay.
- Maintaining Welding Machine.
- Compressor Operation & Maintenance.
- CNC Machine trouble shooting.
- Maintaining CNC equipment.
- Ladder diagram Study & Modification.
- Preparing specifications for purchases of Spares and materials.
- Implementing Lock out Tag out system for multiple types of energy isolation.
- Leading Cost control initiatives.
- Managing Spare Planning & Inventory Controls.
- Implementing Energy Conservation Techniques.
- Performing corrective and preventive actions and checking their effectiveness.
- Ensuring good housekeeping and safe working practices.
- Monitoring and achieving optimum energy consumption.
- Maintaining documents of the maintenance department such as checklists, history cards, and calibration records.
- Preparing electrical related critical spares list and arranging for them.
- Analysis of breakdowns and planning corrective actions.
- TPM, 5S Implementation.
- Kaizen / Suggestion Implementation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge in Control wiring Circuits.
- Fanuc System Trouble shooting.
- Knowledge in PLC Logic (Fanuc Oi /31i).
- Knowledge in Servo Motor, Linear, Rotary, Magnetic, Optical Encoders.
- Knowledge of Pressure Transducer, Temperature Controller / Recorder, PT100, RTD.
- Knowledge in SAP Maintenance Module.
- Experience working with a variety of technicians.
