Performance Marketing Intern

About the Role

MySivi is seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to learn performance marketing while gaining practical experience with significant budgets. MySivi is building India's first AI Tutor, transforming spoken English learning with AI that provides instant feedback on grammar, pronunciation, and fluency. The company aims to scale to ₹1000Cr+ ARR in the next 8-10 months and operates profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate performance marketing using n8n, Claude, and other AI tools.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including content creation and budget adjustments, with a focus on continuous ROAS improvement.
• Scale Google and Meta campaigns with substantial monthly budgets.
• Track key metrics, identify opportunities, and continuously enhance campaign performance.
• Optimize all stages of the funnel to maximize growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with content creators to build, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Interest in AI and performance marketing.
• Eagerness to learn and apply learnings in Google and Meta ads with a marketing budget exceeding 5 Cr+ per month.
• Understanding of basic metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, attribution, retention, and growth frameworks.
• Appreciation for short-form content and understanding of engaging content strategies.
• Proactive ownership and initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Enthusiasm for challenges and high energy.
• Passion for performance marketing and creative strategy.
