Ads Solutions Engineer

About the Role

The Ads Solutions Engineer, gTech Agency and Partner Engineering role is responsible for creating and scaling specific tools, platforms, and strategies for Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients. Through developing, implementing, and optimizing technical frameworks, this role will help agencies and partners achieve their business goals while establishing long-term tech and marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build a series of solutions and best practices for agencies and partners globally.
• Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to thousands of customers globally.
• Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices, and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive agency/partner and gTech business goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
• Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience working in the ad space - first party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video and search advertising.
• Preferred: Experience working with ad tech products - ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics and understanding of engineering solutions built for scale.
• Preferred: Effective project management, people management and leadership skills; problem-solving capabilities and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals.
