Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text for industrial automation systems.
- Develop industrial dashboards, real-time data monitoring, alarm notifications, data logging, and PLC integration using Node-RED.
- Perform FAT/SAT, PLC testing, I/O checking, machine commissioning, communication troubleshooting, system integration, documentation, and production support.

- Hardware configuration and PLC diagnostics.
- Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation:
- ControlLogix, CompactLogix
- Studio 5000, RSLogix 500
- EtherNet/IP
- PLC-to-HMI/SCADA integration.
- Node-RED Development:
- MQTT
- OPC UA
- Modbus TCP
- REST APIs.
