Process Associate – US VOICE | Ahmedabad | Night Shift
About The Company
A growing International BPO based in Ahmedabad, specializing in US Voice Process operations. We work with top-tier US clients to deliver high-quality customer service and lead generation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US-based customers
- Generate leads and ensure consistent service quality
- Meet performance targets set for calls and conversions
- Maintain proper call documentation in CRM systems
- Follow standardized communication protocols and scripts
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service in every interaction
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing to work a full-time night shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
- Available to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
- Previous BPO or voice process experience is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Salary Criteria: 15,000-20,000 + Incentives up to 10,000
