About the Role
Kickstart Your HR Career with EdLernity! EdLernity is hiring HR Interns for a paid, remote internship. Gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and more.
- Location: Remote | Work From Home
- Duration: 2 Months
- Stipend: Performance-Based
- Eligibility: Students & Freshers
Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain HR records and candidate databases
- Support employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with different teams and departments
- Assist with HR documentation and day-to-day HR operations
Qualifications
- Students and freshers interested in building a career in HR
- Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR/recruitment is an advantage
- Candidates who are willing to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally
