About the Role

As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM at IBM Consulting, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP's BTM suite. You will support end-to-end transformation by combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Process Discovery and Optimization: Utilize SAP Signavio to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes, aligning them with client goals and objectives.
• Align IT Architecture and Business Strategy: Apply LeanIX to ensure IT architecture supports business strategy, enabling clients to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
• Enhance User Adoption and Change Management: Leverage WalkMe to develop and implement effective change management strategies, ensuring seamless user adoption and minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Deliver Measurable Business Outcomes: Combine process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to drive tangible business results and support clients in achieving their transformation goals.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree

• Experience applying process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to drive tangible business results.
• Exposure to supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to utilizing SAP's BTM suite.
• Experience working with process intelligence tools.
• Exposure to leveraging digital adoption platforms.
