Role Description

This is a full-time Medical Writer role. The Medical Writer will develop clear, accurate, and compliant scientific and medical content such as manuscripts, educational materials, reports, and presentations for academic and institutional use.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews.
• Interpret clinical and scientific data.
• Transform complex information into accessible documents for students, faculty, and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with academic staff and researchers to ensure consistency with institutional standards.
• Maintain version control and documentation.
• Meet project timelines.
• Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing and revising existing materials to align with current evidence and regulatory or ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to produce high-quality Medical Writing and Scientific Writing, with strong general writing skills.
• Proficiency in Medical Communications, including preparing educational content and academic materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong Research skills for literature review, data interpretation, and evidence-based content development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
• Familiarity with scientific publishing standards, citation formats, and ethical guidelines in medical and academic writing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for document management, references, and collaboration (e.g., word processors, reference managers).
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in medical writing are an advantage.
