Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Review financial statements and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
• Support client onboarding and process transitions
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Freshly Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA)
• Hands-on experience with Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM)

Qualifications

• Candidates based in Surat or willing to relocate to Surat
• Strong analytical, accounting, and communication skills
• Passion for learning and professional growth in accounting and finance sectors
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
