About the Role
A full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their property and investment needs.
- Present suitable solutions and manage relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research.
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align offerings.
- Prepare proposals.
- Update CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally at events and client interactions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
- Experience or strong interest in the real estate or consulting industry.
- Ability to understand property-related investments.
