About the Role
This position involves independently displaying and stocking products to support store operations, ensuring a positive guest experience, and maintaining safety and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise in back stock.
- Properly fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays.
- Notify management of product or supply needs.
- Maintain knowledge of products and their locations within the store.
- Handle spoiled or damaged products per established guidelines.
- Keep departments clean, attractive, and well-stocked, following PPE, safety, and food safety protocols.
- Adhere to guest experience standards and assist in other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Retail or related experience is advantageous.
- Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform bending, stooping, and twisting.
- Environment may include varied temperatures and moderate noise levels.
