Internship Opportunity | Talent Acquisition
This is an internship for freshers and aspiring HR professionals interested in learning and building a career in recruitment.
Internship Details
- Stipend: ₹2,000/month
- Duration: 3 months
- Evaluation: Regular evaluations will be conducted; continuation is based on performance.
- Post Internship: Selected candidates may be offered a permanent position (starting salary ₹12,000/month) after successful completion.
Exposure To
- End-to-end recruitment processes & HR operations
- LinkedIn & job portal sourcing
- Interview coordination
- Candidate communication & follow-ups
- Working with recruitment trackers and ATS tools
Skills We’re Looking For
- Good verbal and written communication
- Interest in HR and recruitment
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates
- Good coordination skills
- Willingness to learn new recruitment tools and processes
- Ability to manage tasks and meet timelines
