Trainee Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers, generate leads through local contacts, referrals, networking and direct marketing, and convert leads into customers.
• Field Marketing: Conduct regular field visits, meet prospective customers and local referral sources, and promote Keertana gold-loan products and schemes.
• Sales & Business Development: Explain basic product/process information, generate branch walk-ins, follow up with leads and support loan conversions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing customers, develop local relationships, and generate repeat and referral business.
• Target Achievement: Work towards assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, customer visits, follow-ups, new customer acquisition and business volume.
• Local Market Development: Identify new customer segments and referral networks and participate in branch-level promotional and customer-acquisition activities.
• Branch Coordination: Coordinate with the branch team for customer handling, applications, follow-ups and smooth processing of business generated through field activities.
