About the Role

• Full-time remote role.
• Responsible for teaching chess to students of varying skill levels.
• Developing lesson plans.
• Conducting online coaching sessions.
• Providing individual feedback to help students improve their game.
• Preparing students for chess tournaments.
• Organizing practice sessions.
• Promoting a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both Tamil and English.
• International FIDE rated player.
• Experience in teaching or coaching chess.
• Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for chess and commitment to student development.
• Experience with online teaching platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports, or related field is beneficial.
