Junior Product Manager Intern

About the Role

As an Intern, you will be part of the product team focused on enhancing our customer and dealer experience. This role emphasizes individual initiative and contribution while collaborating with others on the product team to achieve goals and meet deadlines. You will work alongside the product team on product initiatives in the backlog and on the roadmap, and participate in relevant agile and product development ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer and dealer facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests.
• Help design new product concepts to validate with customers and dealers.
• Review usage data to inform product decisions.
• Assist with developing product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to build high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinking.
• Support product development initiatives with market research on competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches are successful.
• Analyze production support data and prepare recommendations based on findings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree.
• Must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Product Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering, or related.
• Familiarity with agile and product development ceremonies.
