Junior Architect

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect position based in Bodh Gaya.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design for residential and emerging commercial projects.
• Prepare drawings, plans, and 3D models under the guidance of senior architects.
• Support project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
• Help ensure design compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Refine design concepts.
• Update design revisions.
• Participate in site visits.
• Contribute to quality checks during execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including conceptual design, space planning, and technical drawing.
• Relevant Software Development and Integration skills, such as using architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Ability to integrate design workflows with project management or BIM tools.
• Project Management skills, including basic scheduling, coordination with site teams, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Ability to work on-site in Bodh Gaya.
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong visual, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Prior internship or junior experience in real estate or construction projects is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent relevant discipline.
