About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support our daily HR operations, employee engagement, and documentation. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a basic understanding of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily HR operations, employee coordination, and engagement activities.
- Support onboarding, offer letter preparation, and employee documentation.
- Draft professional emails, notices, announcements, and HR related communications.
- Use AI tools to assist with drafting, documentation, and routine HR tasks.
- Maintain employee records and assist with attendance and other administrative tasks.
- Support internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MBA is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and employee management.
- Familiarity with Canva, MS Office/Google Workspace, and AI tools.
- Good drafting skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Location: Lucknow (on-site)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Internship Type: Paid Internship
Stipend: 5-7k
