About the Role
The Academic Content Developer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and organising educational content for school students. The role involves developing presentations, study materials, worksheets, and assessment resources aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Content Development
- Develop chapter-wise educational presentations and study materials.
- Prepare worksheets, practice questions, and revision resources.
- Create simple, accurate, and student-friendly explanations.
- Ensure content is aligned with the relevant board syllabus.
- Review academic materials for accuracy and completeness.
- Content Review & Coordination
- Coordinate with teachers and subject experts.
- Proofread and format academic content.
- Organise chapter-wise content and maintain academic records.
- Support the development of digital learning materials.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned content.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge and attention to detail.
- Good written English and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to simplify complex academic concepts.
- Basic research and content organisation skills.
- Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Maharashtra State Board or CBSE curriculum.
- Experience in creating educational PPTs, worksheets, or question banks.
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms and AI-assisted content tools.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Education, Science, Mathematics, English, or a relevant subject.
