About the Role

Target Learning Ventures is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Intern to support content and marketing initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, SEO, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Promotional, Social Media & Marketing Content
• Assist in creating content for social media posts, product promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Draft captions, headlines, promotional messages, and copy for digital creatives.
• Support content development for marketing campaigns, Meta ads, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist in writing scripts for reels, promotional videos, product explainers, and other video formats.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to improve content quality and effectiveness.
• Blogs, Articles & SEO Content
• Assist in writing blogs, educational articles, and news-based content on relevant topics.
• Conduct basic research to understand topics, identify relevant keywords, and gather information from credible sources.
• Support the optimization of blogs using basic SEO practices, including keyword placement, headings, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
• Assist in updating existing content to improve readability, relevance, and search visibility.
• Follow the content calendar and ensure assigned drafts are submitted within given timelines.
• Proofread content for grammar, spelling, factual accuracy, and readability.
• Learn and follow the organization's content guidelines, SEO requirements, and internal linking practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written communication skills and a good command of English.
• Basic research, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn content writing tools, digital platforms, and new formats.
• Attention to detail and the ability to incorporate feedback.
• Good time management, organization, and teamwork skills.
