About the Role

DrowDigital is a technology-driven internet company that combines the expertise of developers and digital marketers to deliver impactful results online. This is a full-time, on-site Marketing & HR Intern role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation.
• Support basic digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help prepare marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Track campaign performance under supervision.
• Assist with recruitment coordination.
• Schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Support onboarding activities.
• Support employee engagement activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for online platforms.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, interview coordination, and HR documentation.
• Strong research, data gathering, and analytical abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and messaging platforms).
• Interest in technology, startups, and learning across both marketing and HR domains.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
