Job Summary

Support product implementation, testing, and deployment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product implementation and go-live activities
• Assist with system setup, configuration, and testing
• Analyze and track technical issues with internal teams
• Provide onsite client support when required

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma qualification
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel and support clients onsite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
