The Role

The Operations Associate will support the scaling of the team, initially focusing on recruiting. This will involve interacting with candidates, managing interview processes, and reviewing resumes. Over time, the role will expand to include additional operational projects and process improvement across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Assist in candidate evaluation and recruitment promotion.
• Manage the recruiting pipeline, resumes, and candidate data in Ashby.
• Post job openings across Handshake, university career centers, and other channels.
• Develop AI agents to automate recruiting workflows.
• Take on additional operational projects to improve company processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills: clear, concise, polished, and personable.
• High-agency and proactive, with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Experience with Ashby is preferred.
• Experience with Handshake is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional early-career candidates who are smart, organized, fast, and highly reliable will be considered.
• The client prioritizes learning ability and execution over years of experience.
