RushFusion100 is an officially licensed Greek apparel brand specializing in custom-designed clothing for sororities and college organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with sorority chapters and college organizations.
• Conduct outreach through Instagram DMs, email, and other social platforms.
• Build relationships with chapter presidents, merchandise chairs, and recruitment chairs.
• Introduce RushFusion100 products and help chapters start custom apparel orders.
• Follow up with potential customers and turn leads into sales.
• Track outreach activity, customer conversations, and sales progress.
• Assist with Instagram and TikTok marketing initiatives.
• Identify campus influencers and potential brand ambassadors.
• Help develop creative marketing campaigns targeting Greek life communities.
• Research college fashion trends and new product opportunities.
• Support product launches, giveaways, and promotional campaigns.
• Generate ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active involvement in Greek life is preferred.
• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, fashion, or e-commerce.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
