About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The intern will support sales outreach by engaging with prospective customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting in presenting product and service offerings. This role requires close collaboration with senior team members, proactive learning, and a strong interest in sales and marketing within a technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist in presenting product and service offerings.
• Coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain customer records.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities.
• Provide social media support.
• Conduct basic market research.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills.
• Ability to absorb product knowledge and assist in basic product demonstrations.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and market research methods is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing).
• Willingness to learn new tools.
