About the Role
- Full-Time, Entry Level, In-Person position in Philadelphia, PA.
- Hands-on marketing role representing established brands inside retail locations.
- Connect directly with customers to promote home improvement products and services.
- No previous marketing experience required; paid training and ongoing coaching provided.
- This is an in-person promotional marketing position and is not a remote, social media, or digital marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands inside established retail locations.
- Talk with customers about current products, services, and promotions.
- Create interest through face-to-face conversations.
- Support promotional marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Answer questions and help customers understand their options.
- Track daily results and campaign performance.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Qualifications
- No previous marketing experience required.
Schedule: Full-time position; weekend availability is required. Candidates should have flexibility to work throughout the week based on campaign and retail schedules.
