Associate Agency Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Find Leads: Reach out to new clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
• Assess Needs: Listen to customer needs and review their risk profile to suggest suitable protection plans.
• Present Policies: Explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and exclusions clearly and honestly.
• Meet Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for policies and premium revenue.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate customer data, call notes, and sales progress updated in the CRM system.
• Support Clients: Assist customers during the documentation, renewal, and basic claims process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Communication Skills
• At least 6 Months experience ideally in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) Sector
